Re: Drainage Improvements to your residence.
This estimate includes:
• Strip the existing turf(sprayed by the owner one month prior).
• Re-grade the drainage area@ 2% to the street.
Sub total cost $3,000.00
• Raise the grade around the foundation for proper surface drainage.
Sub total cost $ 350.00
• Hauling the excess.soil to an on site location.
• Finish grade for seed.
• Seed approximately 1 acre. -
• Install erosion control matting in swales.
Sub total cost $1,250.00
• Install sump tile to ditch with a catch basin at foundation.
Sub total cost $ 825.00
Mobilization $ 750.00
Note: If utilities are a problem on the East side we could install an 8"pipe from
the driveway parking area to,the ditch at an additional cost of $ 250.00
