Re: New Address on Wolverton Place
As a result of the subdivision of 4550 Wolverton Place, zoning application #11-3531, a new lot was
created. Poi DC.6

4550 Wolverton Place (PID 31-118-23-31-0005) will keep the same address, but will be assigned a
new PID and have a new legal description (Tract B, R.L.S. ), see attached.
Please assign the newly created lot the address of 4570 Wolverton Place. The property will have a
new PID and the new legal description (Tract A, R.L.S. ), see attached.
The development documents are attached for each respective street file. 4550 Wolverton Place will
keep the same street file. Anew street file must be established 4570 Wolverton Place.
