Please assign the newly created lot the address of 4570 Wolverton Place. The property will have a new PID and the new legal description (Tract A, R.L.S. ), see attached. The development documents are attached for each respective street file. 4550 Wolverton Place will keep the same street file. Anew street file must be established 4570 Wolverton Place.
