Schedule a minimum of one hour for the framing inspection. Erosion control mechanisms must be installed and inspected by the City prior to any land disturbing activities. Zoning Code Section 78-1403 limits Lot Coverage by Structures for lots less than 2 acres in area to 15%. For this development the 15% Lot Coverage limitation shall not be applicable.
