RE: Review of Support for Floor Trusses

To Whom It May Concern:
Some of the floor trusses are supported by an angled LVL ledger. In (2) two locations, the
angled ledger is a double ledger w/ the first ledger being notched into the wall and the outer
ledger is attached by wood screws of unknown capacity. The floor trusses are 16 inches o.c.
The total design load on the ledger for the 26 foot truss is 950 lbs. We have reviewed the
photos provided.
We are requiring that (2) two additional 3-5/8" LedgerLok Screws be added near each
truss w/the angled double ledger. The work has been completed and is approved.
