Here is the septic sites, 50 x100 on the contour, big enough for a 5 bedroom home. It is the Wolverton Su... above.
I believe you said you have the soil borings and perc test.
A rockbed for a 5 bedroom home is 10 x 62'. Usually has 12 foot sand sideslopes plus about a foot of extended
cover. Thus the total length of a 5 bedroom Mound is about 88'. Hence, a 50 x 100 proposed septic area is big enough
for a 5, up to a 6 bedroom home or Mound.
Establishing 50 x 100 areas of 5000 square feet is the common and accepted method of laying out septic sites for sub-
division purposes throughout Minnesota. I believe this figure is in the 7080 as well? But I know that most Counties go
by this procedure.
