Dear Mr. Horoshak:
This letter is regarding the erosion problems in the rear of your property. It appears that you are
starting to get the back of your property re-landscaped. We need you to put up silt fence to stop
the runoff of soil into Lake Minnetonka. It appears that you have some silt fence in but it has
fallen down and is not doing any good. We need you to put additional silt fence up along the
lake and half way up the hill on your property until you have completely stabilized your hill.
The silt fence must be dug in and continued to be maintained. We need you to continue to plant
tree and shrubs and seed the hillside to get it stabilized as soon as possible.
