Dear Ms. Turtinen:
500 Willow Drive South and 540 Willow Drive South are zoned RR-1B, One Family Rural
Residential. The RR-1B zoning district requires a two acre minimum lot size. The 1980
Community Management Plan has guided the use of the properties for two acre rural residential use.
Currently,both lots are undeveloped.
