Permit Conditions: Initials Erosion control mechanisms must be installed and inspected by the City prior to any land disturbing activities. The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to inspection. Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire project and must , (L. remain until vegetation has been established. A haul route shall be submitted to the City Engineer for approval and inspection prior to commencement of hauling from the site.The property owner shall be responsible for cleaning and repair of roadways for any adverse impacts.
