RE: Access Easement Path
On July 3 and 4,2016,a motorized vehicle (ARCTIC CAT)was seen parked on the easement
path. According to the Easement document,the easement path is for access to the lake by foot
only. The following excerpt is taken from the official Easement document filed with the State of
Minnesota:
1. Access Easement over Land. A non-exclusive easement in favor of the Broghammer
Property, the Davisson Property, the Gillis Property, and the Hanson Property for the sole
purpose of ingress and egress by the owners and their house guests by foot travel only to Lake
Minnetonka over and across the following described property situated in the County of
Hennepin,State of Minnesota,legally described as follows:
Please make sure that this violation of the Easement document does not take place in the future.
If you do not have the Easement document,you may obtain it from the State or we could send
you a copy via email.
