The City has reviewed your request for a refund of$50.00 for permit P10340.
Due to the staff time involved prior to permit issuance your request has been denied. I
visited the site twice and the City engineer visited it once. If you have any questions

I recently requested and received a permit to modify my driveway to accommodate
a neighbor's issue that my driveway encroached on his property. We have since
reached an agreement whereby he will grant an easement over his property and
I will not need to proceed with this project. I appreciate the help in obtaining this
Permit and communicating with my neighbor with regard to his issues with water
drainage.
Since I will no longer be executing the proposal accompanying my permit, I
would appreciate a refund of$50 I paid for this permit P10340 issued on
September 19, 2006.
