The undersigned C & S Blacktopping, Inc., the Contractor, offers to make the following
improvements on the property located at S35 Windjammer Lane Orono MN by
Margaret Btazekv
1. Saw cut the area along the property line.
2. Remove the old blacktop that is over the property line, and 30'of the
existing in from the road,
3. Excavate the area in the yard for the movement of the driveway.
4. Install class #5 con-bit to 4"and establish grades.
5. Pave a 2 'h" compacted mat of#2341 AC hot mix over the area,
6. Roll to compact.
The total bid price for the above stated shall be $3500,00.
This written estimated proposal is the only estimated proposal covering the subject matter and
is subject to the Owner's approval.
