As I was preparing your escrow refund request, I realized per my email to you dated May 12, 2014 (copy
attached), that an as-built survey is required. Once we receive the as-built survey, I'll have our inspector visit
the property for compliance. Because of this missing information, the escrow refund will not be on the July
28th Council Agenda.
