admin®minnehahacreek.org During routine inspections by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWD)staff at the above
mentioned location,the following violations of permit#02-257 were observed and recorded on
Web Site: February 27, 2003:

• Silt fence not trenched in six inches on northeast side of site.
• Silt fence fabric on southern side of site fallen down.
The MCWD requires that the permit holder take the following action:
Board of IYlanegers • Maintain and install silt fencing to MCWD specifications until disturbed soils are vegetated.

• Properly install and maintain all required MCWD Rule B,
erosion control measures until the disturbed areas are
restabilized
• Silt fence must be orange in color
• When the site is restablilized and the MCWD staff has
performed a final inspection, all silt fences must.be removed
