The owner of Lot 2, Block 3, WILLOW VIEW, has LeGran Homes' permission to re-
establish the swale in the easement area.
LeGran Homes Corp. properly established this swale when the home was originally built.
The homeowner that bought the home had redirected the swale and now it needs
correction.
LeGran Homes has no responsibility or cost involvement in this swale correction project.
