the above mentioned locations, the following violations of permits#02-137 and #02-485

• Silt Laden Street.
• Silt fence at front of site fallen down; doesn't extend to edge of driveway.
• Driveway gravel accumulated soil particles.

Lance Fisher The MCWD requires that the permit holder take the following action:

• Maintain and install silt fencing to MCWD specifications until disturbed soils are
Scott Thomas vegetated. Install silt fences in the front of each site, on all downhill slopes and around
Richard Miller stockpiles. Silt fence must be trenched in 6 inches and installed according to
Robert Schroeder instructions.
• Repair silt fence at southern corner of site and extend silt fence in front of site to the
edge of the gravel driveway.
• Clean street daily, as needed.
• Driveway needs maintenance, additional gravel. If driveway is to be paved within next
two weeks (Jan 171, current condition is acceptable.
To avoid formal enforcement action from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District which
may include fees for additional inspections and legal cost;;, and the delivery of a Stop
Work Order, please implement the above mentioned corrections by Friday, January 10,
