The reason for this request is two fold, to cut down on friction loss and to eliminate 6 or 7 joints that are always at risk for leaks (the service run is approximately 400'+). The poly pipe today is virtually bullet proof compared to copper and the poly pipe of ten years ago. Following are the specifications of the pipe we intend to use. Thank you, David C.
