I went to the property and took <br /> photographs of the "accessory structure". I presented the photographs at a staff meeting <br /> with the Planning Staff and the rest of the Building Inspection Department. I then had <br /> the opportunity to show the photos to the City Attorney. <br /> It was unanimous that the City considers this "accessory structure" a playhouse and there <br /> fore exempt from the building code and it meets the required setbacks as per the zoning <br /> ordinance.
