staff at the above mentioned locations, the following violations of permits #03-412
and #02-485 were observed and recorded on September 26, 2003:
970 Willow View:
Board of Managers • Site is vegetated. Silt fence has been removed.

845 Willow View:
James Calkins • No violations observed.

Susan Goetz The MCWD requires that the permit holder take the following action:

Richard Miller • Confirm the completion of this project to MCWD via phone, mail, email.

• Maintain silt fencing to MCWD specifications until disturbed soils are
vegetated.
