RE: Permits #02-485: 970 Willow View, Orono
Email: During routine inspections by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) staff at
admin@minnehahacreek.org the above mentioned locations, the following violations of permits #02-137 and #02-485
were observed and recorded on January 3, 2003:

970 Willow View:
• Silt fence not maintained along Willow View Drive
• Silt fence in back of site which may cause some wetland buffer impacts if not fixed.
The MCWD requires that the permit holder take the following action:

Pamela Blixt • Maintain and install silt fencing to MCWD specifications until disturbed soils are

stockpiles. Silt fence must be trenched in 6 inches and installed according to

To avoid formal enforcement action from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District which
Monica Gross may include fees for additional inspections and legal costs, and the delivery of a Stop
Richard Miller Work Order, please implement the above mentioned corrections by Friday, January 10,
