Board of Managers • Wetland along back of property. Pamela G.Blixt The MCWD requires that the permit holder take the following action: James Calkins • Maintain and install silt fencing to MCWD specifications until disturbed soils are Lance Fisher vegetated. Install silt fences in the front of each site, on all downhill slopes and around Monica Gross stockpiles. Silt fence must be trenched in 6 inches and installed according to instructions. Scott Thomas • Repair silt fence (re-attach silt fencing fabric to stakes) at 885 Willow View Drive. This Richard Miller is especially important as a wetland is along the south of the site. Robert Schroeder • Maintain driveway with additional gravel. If driveway is to be paved within next two weeks (Feb 18th), current condition is acceptable. To avoid formal enforcement action from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District which may include fees for additional inspections and legal costs, and the delivery of a Stop Work Order, please implement the above mentioned corrections by February 11, 2003.
