Web Site: During routine inspections by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD)
www,minnehahacreek.org staff at the above mentioned locations, the following violations of permits #03-412
were observed and recorded on November 5, 2003:
845 Willow View:
• Gravel drive silted over
Board of Managers • Street dirty from tracking sediment off site
Pamela Blixt
The MCWD requires that the permit holder take the following action:
James Calkins
Lance Fisher • Re-establish gravel drive to avoid tracking sediment into the street
Susan Goetz • Clean street, as needed.
Monica Gross • Maintain silt fencing to MCWD specifications until disturbed soils are
vegetated.
Richard Miller
Scott Thomas To avoid formal enforcement action from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District
which may include fees for additional inspections and legal costs, and the delivery
of a Stop Work Order, please implement the above mentioned corrections by
Wednesday November 12, 2003. Thank you for your immediate attention to this
