Silt fence installed by developer is in, but no silt fence containing erosion into buffer. • Silt fence not containing sediment from runoff into the buffer. • Parts of rear stock pile are in the buffer area. Scott Thomas • Fees or a stop work order will be issued if these matters are not taken care of. 045 Willow View: • Maintain and install silt fencing to MCWD specifications until disturbed soils are vegetated. Install silt fences in the front of each site, on all downhill slopes and around stockpiles. Silt fence must be trenched In 6 Inches and installed according to instructions. • Repair all compromised silt fence areas. • Add additional gravel to drive so no exposed sediment Is visible. To avoid formal enforcement action from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District which may include fees for additional inspections and legal costs, and the delivery of a Stop Work Order, please implement the above mentioned corrections by Noon, Wednesday August 27,2003(for 970 Willow View),and Noon, Friday, August 29,2003 (for 845 Willow View).Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter, if you have any questions please call me at(952) 471- 0590.
