ax:(952)471 os82 `During a routine inspection by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD)
staff at the above mentioned location on September 4, 2002, the following
violations of permit#02-037 & 02-208 were observed and recorded:

• Silt fence at front of property unmaintained west of driveway.
Yob Site: • Silt fence at front of property missing east of driveway causing excessive
vww.minnehahecreek.org sediment transport and buildup in the drainage swale along Willow View Dr.

• Silt fence fallling in SE corner of site and continuing around to the front of the
site west of the driveway.

that have been removed, as described specifically above, until sites are fully

Robert Schroeder Formal enforcement action to which a permittee may be subject for permit
violations includes issuance of a stop work order, criminal misdemeanor
prosecution, and fees for additional inspections and legal costs. Thank you for
