Fax:(952)471-0682 staff at the above mentioned location on May 30, 2002, the following violations of
permit#02-037 were observed and recorded:
Email: • Gap in silt fence at rear of property.

• Silt fence at front of property in disrepair.

To avoid formal enforcement action, the following actions are to be taken by 3:00
pm, Friday, June 7, 2002:
Board of Managers
Pamela G.Blixt • Maintain and install silt fencing to MCWD specifications until disturbed soils are

around stockpiles. Silt fence must be trenched in 6 inches and installed

Formal enforcement action to which a permittee may be subject for permit
violations includes issuance of a stop work order, criminal misdemeanor
prosecution, and fees for additional inspections and legal costs. Thank you for

To avoid formal enforcement action, the following actions are to be taken by 3:00
pm, Friday, June 7, 2002:
• Maintain and install silt fencing to MCWD specifications until disturbed soils are
vegetated. Install silt fences in the front of each site, on all downhill slopes and
around stockpiles. Silt fence must be trenched in 6 inches and installed
according to instructions.
• Repair silt fence at 950 Willow View Dr at south east corner.
• Trench silt fence six inches at 1030 Willow View Dr on western border
• Repair silt fence at 1050 Willow View Dr on south side by pond.
• Repair silt fence at 885 Willow View Dr at rear of property and fix gaps in
corners and dig out buried portions.
• Replace silt fence at 905 Willow View Dr around wetland to east, on the
northern border, and portions along front of property where gaps exist.
• Repair silt fence at 905 Willow View Dr on western border of property.
• Repair silt fence at 805 Willow View Dr at rear of site and by stock pile.
• Replace silt fence at 805 Willow View Dr at front of property.
