Nelson Family Trust who is named in that certain Certificate of Trust dated on the 31st day of October, 2012, and filed for record as Document Number: 50 1 1,39 in the Office of the County Recorder or Registrar of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota, executed by Affiant or another trustee of the grantor of the Trust described in the Certificate of Trust, and which relates to real property in Hennepin County, Minnesota legally described as follows: The North One-fourth of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 117, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota except the South 198.00 feet of the West 279.32 feet of said North One-fourth of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; Except that part which lies easterly of the northerly extension of the west line of Lot 1, Block 1, Bill Kelley's Land 3rd Division. The Trust has not been terminated and has not been revoked. 5. There has been no amendment to the Trust which limits the power of trustees to execute and deliver the instrument described in paragraph 3.
