I hereby certify that this is a true and correct representation of a survey of the
following described property:
That part of Government Lot 6, Section 10, Township 117 North, Range 23 West
of the 5th Principal Meridian, described as follows: Commencing at a point
396 feet North of the southwest corner of the Northeast quarter of the North-
west quarter of said Section 10;*thence South 35 degrees 45 minutes East a
distance of 1298.9 feet to the actual point of beginning of the property
being described,* thence continuing along said line 160.00 feet; thence deflect-
ing right 90 degrees to a line drawn northwesterly from a point on the north-
westerly boundary of the right-of-way of the Minnetonka branch of the Great
Northern Railway, formerly the St. Paul, Minneapolis and Manitoba Railway, a
distance of 90/100ths chain south of the East and West quarter line of said
Section 10; to a point on the West line of said Lot 6, said point being 492.36
feet South of the Northwest corner thereof; thence Northwesterly along said
line so drawn to a line drawn southwesterly through the point of beginning and per-
pendicular to the Easterly boundary of the.,tract of land being described;
thence Northeasterly along said line to the point of beginning, .
