Dead tree
Dear Mr. Carlson,
It has come to the attention of this department that you have a dead tree on your property at
850 Willow Drive Set& in Orono. The city of Orono requires property owners to keep their
properties in a neat, clean and presentable manner free of dead trees among other things.
Therefore the city must require you to remove the dead tree before June 8th 2009. If this dead
line is not met the city will cause the tree to be removed and the city will certify the cost as a
special assessment per section 58-1 of the Orono Municipal code.
