Monica Gross Conditions: Project to be completed as described in plans submitted to the
Scott Thomas MCWD office on February 15, 2002 and according to the
provisions of this permit:

restabilized
• Silt fence must be orange in color
• When the site is restablilized and the MCWD staff has
performed a final inspection, all silt fences must be removed
