This permit is not transferable, and is valid to the date of expiration. No activity is
Board of Managers authorized beyond the expiration date. If the permittee requires more time to
complete the project, an application for renewal of the permit is required.

Lance Fisher Conditions: Project to be completed as described in plans submitted to the
Monica Gross MCWD office on December 12, 2001 and according to the
Scott Thomas provisions of this permit:
Malcolm Reid • This permit is for erosion control and wetland protection only
and allows clearing and grading activity within the designated
Robert Schroeder project area. No impacts to wetlands outside of the proposed
grading area, creation of hard surface or similar activity may
occur until the appropriate permit(s) have been approved and
issued by the MCWD.
• All erosion control measures must be properly installed and
maintained until the site has been restabilized and approved
by the MCWD staff,
• Application for Erosion Control, Wetland Protection, and
Stormwater Management permits for the site must be made
by May 30, 2002
• A full delineation of all wetlands on the parcel must be
submitted to MCWD by May 30, 2002
