I went through the materials yesterday afternoon and need additional information. 1. Scaled plans—design and site plans. (I am not able to scale or measure from the submitted design or site plans.) 2. Also, the copy on the submitted plans is so light that I cannot read some of the information or detail. Please submit a darker, more legible copy. 3. I understand that there will be 4 monument signs associated with the monument. The plans should indicate the intended wording and detail for each of the four"signs". These plans should also be to scale. It appears from your submitted plan that you intend to direct the drainage around the monument and over the new sidewalk to an existing curb cut on the south end of the grass area. If this is the case, the plans appear to be acceptable. Your final grade and sidewalk should correspond with this plan in order to assure the drainage is directed away from the building. Please submit darker copies of the plans in a scaled version for the review to continue. Feel free to call me with any questions. Thanks!
