Re: Deck Construction
Dear Mr. Dillman:
It has come to the attention of this department that a deck has recently been constructed on your
property. This letter is to inform you that building permits are required for deck construction
in the City of Orono.
Therefore, the City must require you to provide a completed permit application, a deck plan and
a survey with the deck drawn on it to scale. Please provide this information before June 14,
1993. If you have any questions or if I can assist you in any way, feel free to contact me at my
office.
