Dear Mr. and Mrs. Williamson:
Last fall you received a letter advising you of the fees associated with your connection to
municipal sewer and water. Included with those fees was the Metropolitan Council's
SAC charge in the amount of$1,675.00. We have determined that the SAC charge for
this property was paid in 1976. The City should not have collected an additional SAC
charge for your property.
Enclosed with this letter is a check in the amount of$1,675.00. This is a refund of the
SAC charge that was collected in error.
