Dear Mr. Johnson,
It has come to the attention of this department that your property at 95 Willow Dr. in Orono has
junk and debris in the yard and the grass needs to be mowed. The city requires property owners
to maintain their properties in a neat and orderly manner free of junk and debris and requires
the grass to be maintained at less than 6" in height.
Therefore the city must require you to clean up the yard and mow the grass before June 1,
2009. If this deadline is not met the city will cause the work to be done and the cost will be
charged against the property as a special assessment. If you have any questions or if you have
