Enclosed you will find your Notice of Address assignment that has been sent to Hennepin County to
request the address change you requested.
This process can take up to 10-15 business days. The County does not send a formal notice to the
City or the homeowners when this process has been completed. Please check the Hennepin
County website periodically to verify your address has been changed. www.co.hennepin.mn.us
Click on "Property Information Search" on the right and search by address or PID (Property ID
Number).
You may also call Hennepin County at any time to check on the status of your address change
