As I informed you on the phone, <br /> to issue a building permit the City will only accept a Certificate of Survey prepared and signed <br /> by a State licensed surveyor. <br /> Your submittals did reveal a problem with the proposed deck. Orono Zoning Code requires a 35' <br /> setback from the front and side street property lines. If your submittals are accurate, you have <br /> only 22' to the front property line and 19' to the side property line.
