Melanie and Darren, Mark Gronberg is preparing a revised fill/grading plan with a break in the berm along the north
boundary to allow water from the north to enter onto the property. That change should address the concern raised in
the first comment in the Bonestoo letter of September 29. 1 will try to get the revised drawing to the city by the end of
the week.
