All of the information below must be submitted in addition to the completed application form:
REQUIRED SUBMITTALS:
1. Drawing of the proposed sign, including all of the following:
• Dimensions of sign
• Messagelcontent of proposed sign
• Structural drawings(including footings)
2. Sketch(or survey)of the site,including 9j the following:
• North direction and scale
• Location of structures on the lot(and dimensions)
• Street Names
• Amount of road frontage
• Placement of proposed sign w�
• Existing sign inventory(location and size of existing signs) NO

APPLICANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
• This is only an application for a permit I WILL NOT erect the sign until I have received the permit I understand a double fee
will be charged for any sign erected prior to obtaining a permit. Incomplete applications will not be processed;
• Violation of City Ordinances is a misdemeanor. Each day the violation continues in existence shall be deemed a separate
violation;
• This information is complete and accurate;that the work will be done in conformance with the Ordinances and Codes of the City
of Orono,with the State Building Code and in accordance with the approved plan.

2687 Wayzata Boulevard West
On April 29, 1010 the City of Orono received a Permanent Sign Permit Application for
2687 Wayzata Blvd W. An email dated April 30, 2010 was sent indicating the proposed sign
type is not permitted. Since we have not received any new information pertaining to this
application we are voiding it and returning your plans.
