Dear Mr. Dunlop:
The City has considered your proposed use of the building at 2687 Wayzata Blvd. for your metal
wire display manufacturing business. The property is-located in an industrial zoning district and
is considered a permitted use. Previously the building use was classified as a B-2 occupancy
per the Uniform Building Code and your proposed use is also a B-2 occupancy. Therefore a
new certificate of occupancy will not be required. We discussed some remodeling that would
require a building permit.
