Know all men by these presents that Robert L. Birkeland and Marit Birkeland, husband and wife, owners and proprietors of
the following -described property situated in the State of Minnesota and the County of Hennepin, to wit: Lots 34 to 45
inclusive, Tonkaview Gardens, Hennepin County, Minn., according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said county, and the Farmers and Mechanics Savings Bank of Minneapolis, a
Minnesota corporation, mortgagee of the following -described property situated in the State of Minnesota and the County
of Hennepin, to wit: Lots 36, 43, 44., and 45, Tonkaview Gardens, Hennepin County, Minn., according to the map or plat
thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said county, have caused the same to
be surveyed and platted as WILDHIMT TRAIL.
In witness whereof said Robert L. Pirkeland and Marit Birkeland, husband and wife, have hereunto set their hands and
seals this day of A.D. 1972; and said Farmers and Mechanics Savings Bank of Minneapolis, a Minne-
sota cor.noration, has caused these presents to be signed by its proper officers, and its corporate seal to be hereunto
