zoned"I -Industrial District". Based on a review of City files and a recent visit to the
site,the property is currently being used in a manner compliant with the zoning and
compliant with the applicable conditional use permits (see Resolutions No. 4727 and
4892, attached). There are no defaults, deficiencies or unresolved violations noted in the
file.
