parallel with the Southeasterly line 'thereof 85 feet; 'thence Southeasterly 50 feet at right angles; thence
Southwesterly parallel with said Southeasterly line 75 feet; thence Northwesterly to the point of beginning.

thence Southeasterly parallel with the Southwesterly line of said lot to the Southeasterly line of said
lot; thence Southwesterly along said Southeasterly line of said lot a distance of 85 feet to the point of
beginning, according to the plat there -of on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles
in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota.
