Schedule a minimum of one hour for the framing inspection. Erosion control mechanisms must be installed and inspected by the City prior to any land disturbing activities. The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to inspection. Following are my comments for City consideration: 1. Perimeter erosion control measures should be installed by the Contractor and inspected by the City prior to any other work. Contractor should provide a minimum 24 hour notice prior to inspection. 2.
