Watercraft storage must comply with LMCD Code <br /> Victoria <br /> Kelsey Page Section 2.02. <br /> Greenwood <br /> Herb Suerth LMCD Code Section 2.02 allows boat storage as follows: <br /> Tom TanWoodlnea an <br /> 1. General Rule--one restricted watercraft per 50 feet of continuous shoreline. <br /> Wayzata 2. Unless a greater number is authorized by the general rule, up to two restricted watercraft may be kept at a <br /> Lisa Whalen dock or mooring on a residential site which was in existence on August 30, 1978 or; <br /> Minnetrista 3. Up to four restricted watercraft are allowed at a residential site. If all the following conditions are met: <br /> a. There is one,and no more than one single family residential structure on the site. <br /> b. The dockage rights at the site are owned exclusively by the owners of the lot. <br /> c. All of the watercraft kept at the dock are owned by and registered to persons who live in the one <br /> residential structure at the site. <br /> From the information that you have provided, it appears your site can store no more than four restricted watercraft <br /> (including personal watercraft) if they are all owned and registered to the residents of your site if there is a single <br /> family residential structure. If a non-resident owns one of the restricted watercraft, only a total of two restricted <br /> watercraft may be stored at the site. If the size, location,or configuration of the dock is changed in the future, a new <br /> permanent dock license application will be required.
