Silt <br /> Pamela a Blixt fence must be trenched in 6 inches and installed according to instructions. <br /> James Calkins • Re-install silt fencing to be effective as a perimeter control to partially filter water leaving the <br /> site and partially slow down the water to allow for sediment settling time with the objective of <br /> Lance Fisher keeping all disturbed soils on site. <br /> Monica Gross • The silt fence is very important at the rear upsiope from the lake as well as on the southern <br /> side of the site just above the existing gully. <br /> Scott Thomas <br /> To avoid formal enforcement action from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District which may <br /> Richard Miller include fees for additional inspections and legal costs, and the delivery of a Stop Work Order, <br /> Robert Schroeder please implement the above mentioned corrections by Wednesday March 12, 2003.
