We also anticipate that Innovative Rernodelb3g will be recording a mechanic's lien.statement for any
unpaid improvements to real pr+opet y,including materials ordered forte improvement.
This is also to infmtm you that a variance her has been rteduted for October 21,2002,at 7:00 p.m.,at
the Orono City Hall Ibis hearing is to determine whether a varimoe to the setback requirement for your
proposed garage will be granted. The variance application was submitted based on Innovative
Remodeling's drawings. VW will also be withdrawing Innovative Re odeling's name from the application
forttic variance.

is no longer the general contractor for the work being performed at 1214 Wildhurst Trail,in Orono. Innovative
Remodeling requests that you immediately withdraw its name for the application of the variance scheduled for
October 21,2002,and take whatever steps are necessary to cancel the building permit in its name for that
property.
