Attached is a copy of the City's information sheet on Hardcover. <br /> Setbacks. Principal structure setbacks are as follows: front(Wildhurst) 35'; rear(opposite front) 30'; sides(north & <br /> south) 10'. Any proposed additions to the existing house would need to meet the above setbacks. <br /> Guest House. A guest house in the LR-1B zoning district requires twice the minimum acreage (2 acres) and a Conditional <br /> Use Permit. See City Code Section 78-328(2). <br /> Pool. Pool setbacks are based on the size of the pool and the zoning district. Attached is a copy of the City's information <br /> sheet on Swimming Pools. <br /> Sport Court. Reference City Code Sections 78-1404 and 78-1436. A sport court would require a zoning permit. A site <br /> plan would be required showing cut and fill calculations(how much dirt needed to brought in, exported or moved <br /> around on the property), and showing the placement of the structure. No grading within 10 of the property line or <br /> within a drainage and utility easement is allowed. <br /> Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
