Re: Unlicensed inoperable vehicles and maintenance of private
property at 1085 Wildhurst Trail
Dear Mr. Schultz :
On December 14, 1988, a site inspection was conducted at the
above referrenced property which revealed the following zoning
code violations:
1. Storage of unlicensed inoperable vehicle:
Chev license FDH-251 expired October 1987
2 . Exterior storage of junk and debris :
Disassembled window air conditioner unit, damaged pick
up topper, car batteries, 2-fiberglass boats, piles of
various junk and debris in front of garage and near
ravine.
The above is in violation of Orono Municipal Code Sections
9.50 and 9.55. This letter is to inform you that these
violations must be removed before January 16, 1989. If this
deadline is not met the City may issue citations. If you have
any questions or if you have a problem meeting this deadline,
