admin®minnehahacreek.org During routine inspections by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) staff at the above
mentioned location,the following violations of permit#01-470 were observed and recorded on
Web Site: February 26, 2003:
www.minnehahecreek,org • A 10-15"section of silt fence on western side of site buried.
• Silt fence at western corner falling down.
The MCWD requires that the permit holder take the following action:
Board of Managers • Maintain and install silt fencing to MCWD specifications until disturbed soils are vegetated.
Install silt fences in the front of each site,on all downhill slopes and around stockpiles. Silt
Pamela G.Blixt fence must be trenched in 6 inches and installed according to Instructions.
