The MCWD requires that the permit holder take the following action: Board of Managers • Maintain and install silt fencing to MCWD specifications until disturbed soils are vegetated. Install silt fences in the front of each site,on all downhill slopes and around stockpiles. Silt Pamela G.Blixt fence must be trenched in 6 inches and installed according to Instructions. James Calkins • Repair silt fence on western side of site. Lance Fisher To avoid formal enforcement action from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District which may include fees for additional inspections and legal costs, and the delivery of a Stop Work Order, Monica Gross please implement the above mentioned corrections by Monday, March 10, 2003.
