Dear Paul:
We have reviewed the site plan(revised 3-13-02)for the proposed home at 1074 Wildhurst Trail.We
have the following comments with regards to engineering matters:
• The proposed home is located outside the proposed sanitary sewer easement. The home
location and the proposed 20-foot wide sewer easement appear acceptable. No grading
activity or heavy equipment should.be allowed within the sanitary sewer easement.Silt fence
should be placed along the north boundary of the sanitary sewer easement prior to any
grading or construction activities to prevent encroachment into the easement area.
• All silt fence should be installed prior to any clearing. filling or grading activity. Silt fence
shall be maintained to be effective throughout the project. Silt fence should remain in place
until vegetation has been established.
• The proposed wetland fill and mitigation plan should be submitted to the Minnehaha Creek
Watershed District(MCWD) for review and approval.
