The home <br /> location and the proposed 20-foot wide sewer easement appear acceptable. No grading <br /> activity or heavy equipment should.be allowed within the sanitary sewer easement.Silt fence <br /> should be placed along the north boundary of the sanitary sewer easement prior to any <br /> grading or construction activities to prevent encroachment into the easement area. <br /> • All silt fence should be installed prior to any clearing. filling or grading activity. Silt fence <br /> shall be maintained to be effective throughout the project.
